Pierre de Segonzac: A Journey from 15 to 70 Years
A tasting dedicated to old Grande Champagne Cognacs and the extraordinary influence of time.
To open this new series of events, we will welcome Domaine Pierre de Segonzac, a family-run Cognac house deeply rooted in Grande Champagne, the premier cru of the Cognac appellation.
This tasting has been designed as a genuine journey through time. We will begin with a 15-year-old XO and finish with the Ancestrale, created from exceptionally old eaux-de-vie that can reach approximately 70 years of age.
The 4 Pierre de Segonzac Cognacs We Will Taste
The newest addition to the range. Fifteen years of ageing already provide beautiful maturity and offer the perfect introduction to the world of old Pierre de Segonzac Cognacs.
XO Sélection des Anges · 30 Years
After several decades in oak barrels, the Cognac gains remarkable depth and complexity. Ripe fruit, spices, beautifully integrated oak and the first expressions of Charentais rancio enrich the tasting experience.
Half a century of patience. An eau-de-vie defined by concentration, remarkable length and the aromatic complexity that only several decades of ageing can create.
The highlight of the evening. An exceptional cuvée offering the rare opportunity to discover what Cognac can become after several generations of ageing.

François Voyer with Pierre Vaudon
A special opportunity to meet Pierre Vaudon and discover François Voyer Cognacs.
On 19 November, we will be delighted to welcome Pierre Vaudon for an evening entirely dedicated to François Voyer Cognacs.
This event will take us beyond the tasting itself, offering an opportunity to understand the art of blending, the role of ageing and the way Pierre Vaudon gradually shapes the identity of each Cognac produced by the house.
The 4 François Voyer Cognacs We Will Taste
A first expression of the maturity of François Voyer eaux-de-vie, offering a beautifully balanced introduction combining fruit, finesse and elegance.
A richer and more complex expression in which ripe fruit, gentle spices and beautifully integrated oak gradually take centre stage.
A long-aged Cognac in which concentration and evolved aromas reveal the full richness of mature eaux-de-vie.
The pinnacle of this tasting. A cuvée built around old eaux-de-vie, allowing you to appreciate the remarkable depth and length of great Grande Champagne Cognacs.

Jean Fillioux: The Elegance of Grande Champagne
An evening dedicated to an iconic family-run Cognac house from the appellation's premier cru.
To conclude this series of events, the Cognac Club will welcome Jean Fillioux on 10 December 2026.
This will be one of the most comprehensive tastings in our programme. From VSOP to the house's most prestigious reserves, the evening will explore several expressions of Jean Fillioux and reveal how its distinctive style develops with age.
The Jean Fillioux Cognacs We Will Taste
A delicate introduction, ideal for discovering the freshness, fruit and elegance that characterise the Jean Fillioux style.
A more mature and complex expression in which elegance and finesse remain at the heart of the tasting experience.
A more evolved eau-de-vie in which years of ageing bring remarkable depth, aromatic intensity and length.

A richer and deeper expression of Grande Champagne, offering another interpretation of the house's old Cognacs.
