Nestled in Eraville, between the prestigious lands of Grande and Petite Champagne, the Jean-Luc Pasquet cognac house has been crafting its history since 1730. Passed down through generations, it eventually came into the hands of Jean-Luc Pasquet in 1970, marking the beginning of bottling in 1977. On its 14-hectare estate, the vineyard has been nurtured in organic agriculture since 1998, with a special focus on local grape varieties, including a few vines of Folle Blanche, a rare gem of the region. Through its various expressions of cognacs, aged with care, the house perpetuates ancestral craftsmanship. To maintain the excellence of its range of over 20 years, it explores the hidden treasures of local producers, meticulously selecting each cask for its exceptional potential. Each bottle, numbered and bearing the producer's first name, is thus a testament to a heritage preserved with passion and dedication.

Cognac Pasquet Symphonie des Terroirs No.1 is the first appellation contrôlée cognac from the Pasquet house, paying tribute to the initiative of independent winemakers from the 1990s, led by Jean-Luc Pasquet. The creation of this cognac has a captivating history: two years ago, Jean-Luc shared a crate of the original production, inspiring the creation of this cognac. Pasquet selected eaux-de-vie from prestigious crus - Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Fins Bois, and Bons Bois - for this first multicru blend. With an impressive average age of 31 years, this cognac offers an exceptional aging experience. The nose reveals an enchanting richness, where woody aromas mingle with the freshness of lemon and the temptation of dark chocolate. On the palate, it is an exquisite symphony where fruity sweetness elegantly marries with woody depth, enhanced by subtle spicy notes that add refinement to each sip.
