"Découverte Perpétuelle N°1" is a blend of 3 Grande Champagne casks: 1999, 1989, 1986, giving it an average age of around 30 years...
Color: Attractive amber color with bright yellow highlights
Nose: the first notes take us towards ripe fruit - candied apricots, prunes -, subtly enhanced by floral (lily), woody and spicy (vanilla, cloves) fragrances, which give way after a few moments to notes of hazelnut, muscatel and cinnamon...
Palate: supple and delicate, with finesse and volume, power without aggressiveness, spicy notes of muscat and clove, dried fruit, long finish with a lovely rancio.
