Product description:

The VSOP cognac, with its golden robe, charms with delicate aromas of fruits and flowers. On the palate, flavors of fresh figs, citrus, muscat, almond paste, and orange blossom harmoniously mingle to create a warm and indulgent finish, enhanced with a subtle touch of spices.

Perfect as an aperitif with cheddar and Bayonne ham, or as a dessert with an apple tart. Distilled with the lees in a traditional double-pass still, this cognac benefits from a clay-limestone terroir from the Cretaceous period and is made from the Ugni blanc grape variety.

This Subtil & So VSOP cognac has received numerous accolades, including a gold medal and 95 points at the NY International Spirits Competition 2023, as well as a gold medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2021.
