Established in Burie for 4 generations, the family estate produces cognacs intended for blends from major cognac houses.

When Fanny inherited the estate, she decided to focus on her own brand and created in November 2013 her first blend. Authentic producer who offers signature cognacs in a refined style without artifice.

Presentation of the vintage :

Unblended vintage 2006. 15% aged in new oak. non-chill filtered.

The nose is carried by floral and citrus notes. The palate is light, round and fruity. Vine blossom, honeysuckle, almonds and gingerbread offer a generous and balanced structure.
