Established in Burie for 4 generations, the family estate produces cognacs intended for blends from major cognac houses.

When Fanny inherited the estate, she decided to focus on her own brand and created in November 2013 her first blend. Authentic producer who offers signature cognacs in a refined style without artifice.

Presentation of the vintage :

Unblended vintage 2011. Aged in new oak 8 month and then in red barrels. Non-chill filtered.

The nose is intense and complex carried by notes of ripe fruit: dried apricots, spices, anise and sweet woody scents. The palate is rich and powerful supported by an intense scent of cocoa, leather and coffee that awakens the taste buds.

A great cognac that combines finesse and power.
