Wine Paris is a must-attend event for wine and spirits professionals. This year again, the fair brought together more than 4,600 producers and traders from around the world, offering a unique opportunity for over 50,000 visitors to exchange, taste, and discover market trends. For us, Cognac enthusiasts, this event was a no-brainer. Three intense days, filled with enriching encounters, fascinating discoveries, and memorable tastings.

Wine Paris: A crossroads for wine and spirits enthusiasts

Held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Wine Paris is well on its way to becoming the global benchmark event. The 2025 edition particularly highlighted the premiumization of spirits, with Cognac playing a central role in this dynamic.

No fewer than 48 Cognac exhibitors were gathered in Hall 5, dedicated to spirits, and several other houses were present in the other halls, reflecting the dynamism and international reach of our appellation. In total, nearly 60 brands decided to make the trip, a record that shows a renewed interest in this exceptional spirit.

Between masterclasses, tastings, professional meetings, and press conferences, this edition confirmed the importance of the fair for industry players. The atmosphere was electric, the aisles lively, and each booth was full of fascinating stories and passion.

Wine Paris, a new El Dorado for the future of Cognac?

Wine Paris 2025 was a tremendous opportunity for Cognac Only to strengthen our collaborations and explore new perspectives for the Cognac market. The strong presence of Cognac houses this year reflects their renewed commitment to reconquering international markets.

What stood out to me this year was the incredible energy coming from the booths. Every exhibitor was driven by a shared goal: to make Cognac shine beyond borders. The exchanges with producers were rich in discoveries, and I felt a genuine enthusiasm for our products.

I was particularly impressed by the meeting with the Tesseron house. The limited edition Experience No. 1 is an absolute gem: rare elegance, perfect balance, and aromas of remarkable finesse. For collectors and discerning enthusiasts, it's a unique opportunity to acquire an exceptional bottle.

At Braastad, it was their innovative approach that impressed me. The work on barrels, aging processes, aromatic profiles, and the new collaboration between the house and artist Stéphane Dupuis in partnership with the Salon National des Beaux Arts & Caractères Paris... You can feel a true reflection to appeal to a new generation of consumers.

A clear trend is emerging: a return to traditional values, but also a desire for innovation to capture a younger and more curious audience. Cognac has never been so alive, and its future looks bright.

See you next year for another edition that promises, once again, great discoveries and rich exchanges!
