Estate presentation:
Nestled in Eraville, between the prestigious lands of Grande and Petite Champagne, the cognac house Jean-Luc Pasquet has been scripting its history since 1730. Passed down through generations, it eventually came into the hands of Jean-Luc Pasquet in 1970, marking the beginning of bottling in 1977. On its 14-hectare estate, the vineyard has been cherished in organic agriculture since 1998, with special attention given to local grape varieties, including a few vines of Folle Blanche, a rare gem of the region. Through its various expressions of cognacs, carefully aged, the house perpetuates ancestral craftsmanship. To maintain the excellence of its range for over 20 years, it explores the hidden treasures of local producers, meticulously selecting each cask for its exceptional potential. Each bottle, numbered and bearing the producer's name, thus bears witness to a heritage preserved with passion and dedication.
