Paul Giraud Héritage Cognac 37.5 cl – Hors d’Âge Grande Champagne 1st Cru Cognac
Paul Giraud Héritage Cognac 37.5 cl is an exceptional Hors d’Âge cognac produced exclusively in the Grande Champagne, the Premier Cru of the Cognac appellation.
This rare cognac is crafted by the family-run Maison Paul Giraud from a unique historical blend.
The only blend in our range is composed of three post–Second World War vintages: 1945, 1946, and 1947.
These eaux-de-vie have been aged for several decades in French oak barrels, developing extraordinary aromatic complexity marked by rancio, candied fruits, and noble wood notes.
The 37.5 cl format makes this a rare bottle, ideal for prestigious tasting or collectors of historic cognacs.
Maison Paul Giraud – Artisan Cognac from Grande Champagne
The Paul Giraud estate is an independent family-run producer located in Bouteville, in the heart of Grande Champagne, the Premier Cru of Cognac.
It controls the entire production process: vineyard cultivation, traditional Charentais distillation, and aging in French oak barrels in humid cellars that encourage slow and complex maturation.
Paul Giraud cognacs are known for their natural style: no added caramel, no cold filtration, preserving the pure expression of the terroir.
The house holds some of the oldest eaux-de-vie in Grande Champagne, allowing the creation of rare cuvées such as the Héritage Cognac.
