Presentation of the domain: 

since the 1990s, Claude Thorin pursues the work engaged by his father. 
To pursue the development of the domain, he creates his own range of cognacs and decides to adhere to the independent wine growers. Ceaselessly in search of the perfection, he creates for you cognacs of exception. By resuming a former prestigious property situated on a big country, Claude Thorin pursues this collection of the perfection.
This property is situated on the municipality of Segonzac, in the locality Biard. For more than a century, she sheltered generations of cellar masters and saw aging numerous barrels. Today, it is the seat of our domain, sheltering our brandies which slowly age in his hundred-year-old wine storehouses.

Presentation of the vintage:

Very flowered, fine, delicate, of a great persistence in mouth with candied fruits notes, orange.

This cognac is typical of the oldest eaux-de-vie distilled by Andre Thorin. It presents all the characteristics of old Grande Champagne. 
Its copper colour makes it exceptional. This cognac has an exotic nose evoking notes of citrus fruits and spices. It develops a complex rancio associating aromas of cigar wooden box, tobacco and dried fruits.
In the mouth, this cognac tastes pleasant, mellow, with a spicy flavor (pepper, cinnamon, and nutmeg).
