Cognac Vallein-Tercinier Hors Age

In 1791, Louis Vallein decided to bought a vineyard in Cognac area and started with Domaine des Forges to produce really fin and elegant eaux-de-vie. Nowadays, Louis and Catherine his descendants continue to handle the vineyard and to keep ancestrale methods to produce authentic cognacs.

Presentation of the vintage:

Then, spicy hints of cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, wood, wooden cigar boxes come to the fore.

The palate first detects fi nesse and mellowness that the presence of many Grande Champagne eaux-devie gives to this Cognac. These eaux-de-vie are long in mouth.

The taste buds recognize vanilla feature which aromas come from Limousin oak casks. Eventually, spicy aromas of cinnamon, of ginger, of cloves and the fruit smoothness appear.
