Established in 1848, the distillery is located in the heart of the Cognac region. The D’Aincourt Cognacs are sourced exclusively from Grande Champagne: premier Cru of Cognac, where the finest eaux-de-vie come from.
The Master Cellar works much like a master perfumer with his creations: he carefully selects and subtly unites theirs oldest and rarest eaux-de-vie, thereby revealing the aromatic harmony of the collection of D’Aincourt Cognacs.

Presentation of the vintage :
D’Aincourt Rare XO Cognac is a blend of 10 eaux de vie from the Grande Champagne cru. Matured for 20 to 50 years in oak casks, each one was selected for its rarity and its elegance.
In homage to the war epics of these great men of History, the D’AINCOURT badge recalls the Empire insignia used on the battlefield and worn on their military uniforms.
Golden with copper highlights. When held against the light, long, sparkling “tears” form along the inside of the glass.
This is the appearance of a perfectly aged XO.
The nose reveals all the elegance and delicacy for which the Grande Champagne cru is known. Notes of candied citrus fruits, candied kumquat, and candied orange peel are supported by aromas of candied apricot, fig and cigar box. Delicate notes of oak, Sichuan pepper, vanilla and cloves appear and intermingle one by one. The finish is long, harmonious and masculine.

These are followed by the rich generosity of aged Grande Champagne cognac, which warms the palate with fruity notes of dried apricot, pear, and candied orange peel. The finish offers silky, harmonious aromas and hints of smoke.
