Audry cultivates the art of the selection, the ageing and the assembly the best cognacs resulting from both Premier Crus of Cognaçais: the Eptite and the Grande Champagne.

They are proud to remain faithful to their family tradition and to keep a home-made approach. The know-how of their Cellar master consists in marrying prizes of cognac having reached their full maturity and the complementary qualities of which will bloom in a harmonious whole, deserving holding attention of the expert and deserving one slow, quiet and serene tasting.

Presentation of the vintage:

Oask and resin aroma with notes vanilla, toasted almonds and bittersweet nougat.

The first sip reveal a fuul-bodied bouquet with overtones of caramel, then black tea and ancient oak come to the fore. Delicate, elegant and refined.
