Established in Burie for 4 generations, the family estate produces cognacs intended for blends from major cognac houses.

When Fanny inherited the estate, she decided to focus on her own brand and created in November 2013 her first blend. Authentic producer who offers signature cognacs in a refined style without artifice.

Presentation of the vintage :

Unblended vintage 2000. 5% aged in new oak. non-chill filtered.

The nose is carried by woody notes and ripe fruits. The palate is full-bodied and powerful. Cinnamon, vanilla, pastry, tobacco and apricot blend with a very nice length.
