Rum Canoubier

Presentation of the domain:

Bru Legaret family started as wine grower in Sireuil and more exactly "Aux Moisans". Nowadays, they own a distillery with 12 copper pot stills in order to distill their wines to produce cognac but also other spirits such as : Absinthe, Gin and more recently Rum. 

Presentation of the vintage:

Rums are made from distillation in columns of molasses. They are aged 12 months in American white oak casks in Barbados. Then, they are transported by boat until France where they will continue ageing process in XO Cognac casks during 6 additional months. 

Intense nose with delicate notes spices and vanilla. Exotic fruits explodes on the palate before giving way to notes of oak. This rum is round and pleasant, we recommend to enjoy it with friends.
