Cognac XO Grateaud 50 cl Borderies

Presentation of the domain :

In Chérac, municipality located on Borderies' area (one soil of the Poitou Charente for Cognac's production), the Vineyard Grateaud runs its vines from father to son since five generations.

It is on thirty two hectares of vineyard, cultivated with passion that they develop their cognac, pineau of the Charente, coktails and liqueurs with cognac for their own brand. About the pineaux of the Charente, it is in 1962 when the first ones were developed on the family property. The domain offers a range of five ageings for the white pineaux and the two for pinkish, any ideals in the apéritif today.

The long experience of the producers allows to bring a quality of advice to the customers and to make them discover the best products corresponding to their expectations, during a tasting in the property or during an exhibition. (Lille, Paris, Lyon, Strasbourg, Rennes and saint Palais).

Presentation of the vintage :

After a very long aging in oak barrels, our XO cognac develops a rancid tase, to enjoy it you will take the time and aromas that you find at the beginning will not be the same after 30 minutes and again after an hour, even your empty glass you still find lots of things.
