Presentation of the domain:
Family property for more than 100 years, Michel and Francine Forgeron developed with passion since 1965, elegant, authentic products and of an exceptional quality.
Of 2ha of vineyards in 1965, the vineyard now reached a surface of 24ha, the whole lot of which is on the country of the Big Champagne, the most prestigious country of the area of production of Cognac, and in a beam of 5km around the exploitation.
50 years later, they are the sons of the house Pierre and Christophe Forgeron, which continue to make live the traditions and the know-how of the family Smith.
Presentation of the vintage:
It Very old aged 25 in without any intervention in wine storehouses of the Domain Michel Forgeron, to reach naturally 59 degrees of alcohol.
Visual inspection: Barrel 87 presents an Orangy Red dress. Golden reflections and big shine.
Olfactive examination: a Cognac in the aromas afforested with one dominant of Cedar. A bouquet of spices: cinnamon and black pepper. Sweet notes of quince and candied fruits.
Gustative examination: a supple mouth, with a woody curvature. With its 56 % of alcohol, the aromas are carried by a major power. Very big length.
