Rum Saison Reserve

Presentation of the domain:

Since 1880, Tessendier family has been distilling cognac under the brand : Park. Jérôme and Lilian, two brothers decided to choose another spirit with similar distillation and ageing process than cognac which bring them into Rum business recently. 

Presentation of the vintage:

Rums made from distillates of molasses in pot still combined with sugarcane distillation in columns. They are aged until 8 years in American white oak casks in Caribbean Islands of Barbados, Trinidad and Jamaica. Then, imported in Cognac area to be blended and aged during 12 months in french oak.

Saison Reserve is a powerful, epicurean rum with a fruity and spicy alliance. Once aerated, we can nose a collection of aromas such as candied fruits, prunes, vanilla and lychee as well as spicy notes like ginger and mixed peppercorns.
On the palate it appears velvety yet fresh, with a well balanced and long, harmonious finish.
