Organic Gin ABK6 - Aged in oak

Presentation of the domain:

Made of Camargue corn harvested during winter, this gin is produced artisanaly by Grands Domaines with Organic certification. 

Tradition is keyword to take care of their 130 hectares of land in Camargue region to obtain organic cereals.Distilled in Column still, this gin is produced from maceration of Juniper berries.

Presentation of the vintage:

Crystal clear and bright blond colour. The first smell is notes of organic juniper berries that are enveloped by the aromas of the oak barrel such as vanilla and some notes of sweet spices. The citrus notes bring a nice freshness. The attack is characterized by the intensity of the tannins brought by the oak wood followed by an explosion of juniper aromas. The mouth ends with an elegant harmony of vanilla, citrus and juniper notes.
