Old Pineau white Domaine de Fraichefont

Presentation of the domain :

In Auge Saint Medard, municipality located onFin Bois' area (one soil of the Poitou Charente for Cognac's production), the Vineyard Fraichefont start in the 90's 

It is on three hectares of vineyard, cultivated with passion that they develop this pineau of the Charente for this own brand. Lionel Ducom is a pationated wine grower, hew wants to show you something different. 

Presentation of the vintage :

Undoubtedly, his Pineau Blanc, a blend of Ugni Blanc from the 2001 and 2004 vintages, is very successful. The tasters appreciated its golden yellow color, the expressive aromas of candied fruit and the subtle imprint of a long stay in barrels.

The supple and mellow attack gives way to an elegant expression of woody and almond. The length is remarkable.
