We are very pleased to introduce you the Guillon Painturaud family farm. Located in the heart of the Grande Champagne, 1er Cru de Cognac (Premier Cognac grape growing area).
As the vines benefit from the chalky soil and the local climate of Grand Champagne, it allows the growth of a grape that permits to produce a spirit renowned for its delicacy, powerful aromas and longevity ; they are specialised in long ageing process in our cellars...
Being 'an Independent Vinemaker', as us, provides a reference for you as a wine lover.
Presentation of the vintage:
Copper color, slightly red-orange.
The nose offers the intensity and elegance of wood aging.
The palate is full, frank and sweet. A touch of wood accompanies notes of vanilla and plum.
Long aromatic finish.
