X.O. To GAPE arose from the assembly of two known specialities for a long time but which have never dared to meet: the beer and the cognac XO. To develop this unique(only) beer, we decided to marry the excellence of the know-how in the field of the distillation of wines and admixture of cereal. The components of this product were specially selected.
