The story of the House Rémy Martin is the one of a family, that of five generations of vintners and cognacs were livened up by the same ambition of exception: capture the Heart of the Cognac.
It began in 1724, when mister Rémy Martin, a farmer visionary local wine grower, had the idea to create a trade house and a cognac which was going to become the number 1 of the quality cognacs superior on the French then international market.
The secret of the Cognac comes from the earth of which he is born. That is why the House Rémy Martin selects exclusively grapes cultivated in the most renowned regions, worth knowing the Grande Champagne and the Petite Champagne. Those this are characterized by an earth in the calcareous composition, which reflects the light and offers to grapes an absolutely completed maturation.

Color: very dark yellow, mahogany color
First nose: Narcissus, Jasmine, very old port, cigar box scent, curry, saffron, nutmeg, passion fruit.
Second nose: violet, iris, litchi, pineapple, eucalyptus and sandalwood
Palate: very concentrated and aromatic richness, warm, harmonious of great complexity.
